Diaspora Capital Connect (by PSBS)

Invest with Confidence. Partner with Security. Grow with Transparency.

About DCC

Diaspora Capital Connect (DCC) is an initiative by PrimeStart Business Solutions designed to bridge the gap between Ghanaians living abroad and high-potential business opportunities at home. Our goal is to connect diaspora investors with local entrepreneurs, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive economic growth and wealth creation.

Through DCC, investors can become co-owners or partners in projects they choose, contributing capital, expertise, and mentorship to help businesses thrive. Entrepreneurs gain access to funding, guidance, and a supportive network to scale their ventures successfully.

Key Features of DCC:

  • Managed & Supervised Projects: All projects are overseen by PSBS, ensuring professional management, milestone tracking, and accountability.
  • Staged Fund Release: Investor funds are released to entrepreneurs in stages, tied to project milestones, so capital is always used for its intended purpose.
  • For Investors: Participate in vetted projects across diverse sectors, enjoy transparent reporting, and share in profits as part-owners or partners.
  • For Entrepreneurs: Access funding, mentorship, and a network of diaspora investors committed to your business growth.
  • Trust & Transparency: Formal agreements, staged funding, and performance reporting ensure accountability for both parties.
  • Simplicity: Our platform is designed to be straightforward and easy to navigate. Initial engagement is handled through simple forms, with detailed discussions and agreements conducted offline for security and clarity.

Whether you are an investor seeking promising opportunities or an entrepreneur looking for strategic partners, DCC provides a secure, transparent, and growth-focused environment to collaborate and succeed together.

How It Works

Step 1: Explore Opportunities
Browse carefully vetted projects across key sectors such as agribusiness, real estate, energy, and trade. Each listing gives you an overview of the project, location, required investment, and funding progress.

Step 2: Show Your Interest
Select the project you’d like to support. Instead of direct online payments, simply fill out a short “Show Interest Form” to indicate how much you’d like to invest and the type of partnership you’re seeking.

Step 3: Partnership Confirmation
Once we receive your form, our team will contact you directly to discuss details. You and the entrepreneur become co-owners/partners in the project, with roles, responsibilities, and ownership clearly defined in formal agreements.

Step 4: Secure Investment
All agreements and transfers are handled securely and transparently offline. This ensures proper documentation, legal compliance, and peace of mind for both diaspora investors and local entrepreneurs.

Step 5: Track Project Progress
Investors receive regular updates on milestones, funding progress, and project performance. Reports are shared to give you visibility into how your investment is growing.

Step 6: Returns & Growth
Enjoy your share of the profits and long-term benefits as a project co-owner. Detailed reports and agreed returns are provided to ensure trust, transparency, and accountability.
